Whether you’re just starting out or well on your way, your pursuit of true wealth and financial freedom begins with a framework for success. No matter your definition of true wealth, we will be there every step of the way. Our Wealth Management Process helps us get to know you – your passions, goals, needs, and wants. From there, our team develops a customized financial plan that adapts and changes as your life progresses.
Initial Call
A 15-minute phone call will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise. After all, you wouldn’t see a Cardiologist if you needed foot surgery.
If we aren’t the right financial planning firm to help you, we will happily point you to the right expert for your unique needs.
Discovery
Like a doctor, it’s important to diagnose before we prescribe.
The next step in our Wealth Management Process is to schedule a visit either to our office or virtual. Our team will get crystal clear on your financial goals, needs, and concerns during this meeting.
Before this meeting, we will request a few important documents. The more thorough you fill them out, the more beneficial it will be for you in the long run. This data will drive our analysis and result in answers to three critical questions.
Analyze
Our team here at Keystone Financial Partners will apply over 85 years of experience, decades of Nobel-prize winning research, and thousands of hours of training to answer three critical questions for you:
- Are you on track to reach your long-term goals (e.g. retirement or work-optional)?
- Do you have significant gaps or red flags in your plan?
- How can your investments be improved?
Proposal
With your assessment complete, we will have a second meeting to review our findings and share our recommendations.
In plain English, we will explain exactly what you can do to help improve your long-term financial plan. We will also answer those three critical questions.
While you may be eager to implement your plan immediately, we like to wait until you’ve had time to thoroughly review it.
Think About It
We are looking for long-term clients, not a quick transaction. It’s important you take this time to make an informed decision. To help you make a smart decision, answer these questions:
- Do I like, trust, and respect the Keystone Financial Partners team?
- Do the benefits outweigh the cost?
- Do I understand and agree with their investment approach and financial planning recommendations?
We will follow up with you a few days later to see how you would like to proceed. There is never a hard-sell or pressure to say yes.
Get Started
We are truly honored to be working with you. Before the fun begins, we will regroup (via phone, Zoom, or in-person) to answer any outstanding questions and set expectations for the new client process.
Prior to this meeting, we will have sent you a detailed breakdown of this process and addressed any concerns.
45 Day Check-In
We encourage you to be as involved in your wealth plan as you’d like. During this meeting we will review our process, introduce you to the software we use and show you how to access your statements and important documents.
90 Day Check-In
We know that the first weeks and months of a new advising relationship are critical, and we want to ensure you’re happy with the progress and are feeling cared for. This check-in allows us to answer any questions you might have and address any outstanding items that still need to be handled.
Ongoing Care
You will meet with our Keystone Financial Partners team at least once annually to check in on your goals, evaluate your plan, and make sure your money is working in your best interest. We aren’t a “set it and forget it” firm. Once the wealth plan is in action, we consistently monitor your plan and keep in touch with you. These meetings give us the opportunity to update the plan and review the progress toward your long-term financial goals. Plus, we are always an email or phone call away.
